Q – What should I do if my artwork is too large via email?
A – If your file(s) are over 5MB then the best way to get them to us is via www.wetransfer.com

Q – Can you accept an order/payment another way?
A – Of course, if you wish to pay via bank transfer etc then please Contact us to get in touch and we’ll happily help you.

Q – Can I order another way or only through your website?
A – Yes, get in touch via the Contact page and we’ll be in touch.

Q – Will the colours I see on my computer screen be the same when I get my finished job?
A – No, as per our artwork guide your computer screen works using RGB colours, print uses CMYK. This is why we say that all files should be supplied in CMYK. Inks also take to different papers differently with some inks absorbing more than others etc. When we set artwork up for you this is where our years of expertise come into practise.

Q – How will you get my job to me?
A – If your local to one of our team then we may personally deliver it. Failing that we will use The Royal Mail or couriers.

Q – How much will delivery cost?
A – Nothing. We have FREE delivery on all of our items to one UK mainland address.

Q – I need my order quicker than your standard turnaround time, can you still help?
A – In most cases we will be able to help but there would be an additional charge for an express service. The cost depends on what product you are wishing. Get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.

Q – Do you have any templates so I can set my own items up online?
A – We don’t. Unlike a lot of fellow online websites, we prefer the personal touch when dealing with your design requirements. We don’t charge a fortune for our services and the results of both print and design are generally superior to other avenues.

Q – My business card/leaflet looks like my 18month year old Goddaughter drew it, can you help?
A – Of course, one of our experienced design team can have a look at what your wanting and conjure up something rather nifty.

Q – I need something designed and printed but it’s not on your website, can you still help?
A – Certainly, we can’t have every product we can do on our website so please get in touch with what your looking for, giving us as much information as possible and we’ll be in touch.
